This site is a tribute to Gordon McGhie. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

Gordon peacefully in hospital with his family by his side aged 86 years on the 13th December 2022. Gordon was a devoted husband to the late Anita, dearly loved Dad to Gillian, Geoff and Simon, Father in law to Norv and Heather. Loved Grandad to Suzanne, Victoria, Sarah, Megan, Lauren, Joe and Harry, dearly loved Great Grandad to Alex. Brother to Carol, Michael and Anne. Gordon will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Friends please meet for service at 1.00pm on the 29th December 2022 at Cowpen Crematorium. Family flowers only please donations in lieu may be sent for The Oasis Room at Wansbeck hospital.
